The Stonegate Group assists clients in analyzing their current market position and identifying and evaluating the strategic alternatives available, including but not limited to, acquisition, divestiture, spin off, and recapitalization. Unlike many investment banks, Stonegate fully realizes that often the best option available may not involve a transaction of any kind. As an unbiased third party, Stonegate provides a fresh perspective to clients who are sometimes too close to their business to see all of the options for enhancing shareholder value.

Sale of Business

The Stonegate Group works with owners of businesses to sell companies and with corporations to divest divisions and subsidiaries. Our primary objective is to maximize value received by the shareholders of the business being sold. We work closely with owners and management to attractively present the company's story. Stonegate creates a controlled competitive environment to maximize the purchase price while ensuring confidentiality. We assist the client in conducting negotiations and remain actively involved through documentation and closing.

  • Preparation of an offering memorandum
